Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. This role requires proficiency in general dentistry practices, strong patient assessment skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Provide a range of general dentistry services, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosing dental conditions and formulating treatment plans.
Maintain aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols in all procedures.
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term dental wellness.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training opportunities.
Document patient interactions accurately using dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license with no disciplinary actions.
Proficiency in general dentistry practices with experience in pediatrics preferred.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and aseptic techniques.
Familiarity with medical imaging technologies relevant to dentistry.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
