Job Title: Dental Receptionist (No Experience Needed - All Training Provided)

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist. No prior experience is required â we provide all the training youâll need to succeed!

We are a startup dental practice operating out of a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. We provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages and dental needs, aiming to become a fast-paced, general practice. Our focus is on delivering an exceptional guest experience while growing rapidly. We are dedicated to providing the best guest experience while serving a diverse community. What Youâll Do:
Greet and welcome patients with a positive attitude
Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
Handle phone calls and answer patient inquiries
Assist with patient check-in/check-out process
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Collaborate with the dental team to provide excellent care and service
Verify insurance information and communicate with insurance companies regarding patient coverage
Discuss financial and account information with patients
Collect payments from patients in person and over the phone, providing accurate receipts
