Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Perform various dental procedures, including restorative work, extractions, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient visit.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all procedures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Skills

Proficient in aseptic technique and infection control measures.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy as it relates to dentistry.
Experience or knowledge in pediatric dentistry is a plus.
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental practice.
Competence in four-handed dentistry techniques for efficient procedure execution.
Ability to perform oral surgery when necessary, adhering to best practices.
Experience working in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate medical records.
