Our dental office is looking for a dental assistant who has a focus on patient care and customer service, who is passionate about what they do , detailed oriented and skilled dental assistant/receptionist. Duties:

Prepare our patients for treatment.
Gather patient health histories.
Accurate dental charting.
Educate and review dental treatment with patients
Breakdown/set up rooms
Sterilization
Preparation of dental materials, cements, composites, impression materials, etc.
Take dental x-rays (must be licensed in Pennsylvania)
Keep all rooms stocked
Help Front Desk with answering phone calls and checking patients in/out when needed.
Scan patients for lab cases
Keep track of all lab cases

Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and external contacts.- Proficient in using phone systems and computer softwares.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
Open Dental software experience preferred but not required
Our hours of operation are: Monday - Thursday schedule
