Dental Assistant - Inspired Dental Care - Hanover, MD

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take diagnostic dental x-rays
- Use advanced technology such as an iTero scanner or intraoral camera
-Prepare and maintain patient records in Open Dental
- Inventory management and ordering
-Prepare and contribute in morning huddle and team meetings
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, such as Open Dental
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and record keeping
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience working with special needs and pediatric patients is a plus
