We are looking for friendly and positive individuals to join our offices in the role of a Dental Assistant! To make a difference to the patient experience in our practice and become a part of our team comprised of dedicated Dental professionals.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Prepares patients and operatories for dental work
Sterilizes instruments
Provides excellent patient care
Charts patient’s existing and needed treatment
Treatment planning
X-ray use and accuracy
Provides post op instruction
Educates Patient’s on procedures and oral health
Fabricates temporary crowns
Designs and mills crowns
Take impressions, pour up models, and trim them
Schedule patients for Dr Treatment and Hygiene care
Calls in referrals for patients
Writes and keeps track of lab slips

Qualifications

Proficient in chairside assisting and knowledgeable in dental terminology and anatomy
Experience with 3D scanners and general dentistry practices
Familiarity with aseptic techniques and various dental specialties, including prosthodontics and endodontics
Skilled in using EMR systems, including Dentrix and Eaglesoft, and understanding HIPAA regulations
Ability to perform X-rays and manage pediatric dentistry tasks
Competence in vital signs monitoring and medical imaging techniques

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
