Qualifications:

Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Hawaii
CPR/BLS certification required
Proficient in performing dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education
Strong understanding of dental anatomy, oral diseases, and preventative care
Skilled in taking and interpreting dental x-rays
Familiarity with dental software systems such as Open Dental
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices in medical records management
Experienced in working with both adult and pediatric patients
Ability to monitor vital signs and assist with medical imaging when needed
Professional, friendly, and compassionate with excellent communication skills

Schedule:

Tuesday to Friday
Typical hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Duties Include:

Performing dental cleanings
Taking x-rays
Sterilizing tools and maintaining OSHA standards
Dental charting and using dental software
Assisting with other supportive tasks as needed
