Who are we looking for?? We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist who is not only passionate about making smiles brighter and healthier, but who is also passionate about working together with his/her team-mates, helping the entire office reach it’s goals. Specifically, we want someone who is great at:

Listening to patients and building patient relationships
Delivering an outstanding patient experience (including patient education)
Building team relationships (We spend a lot of waking hours together! It’s important to invest in one another!)
Growing in clinical knowledge through Continuing Education
Establishing and reaching office goals
A commitment to personal and professional growth and maintaining a “Growth Mindset” (Google it if you don’t know what it is).

We consider 3 days/week as full-time and eligible for full-time benefits. We offer competitive compensation and bonuses. This position is expected to be a Wednesday-Friday schedule.
