Dental Receptionist 1 Year Experience
Our dental practice is looking for an energetic, well-spoken and highly motivated dental receptionist who is passionate about helping people to join our team. We constantly strive to improve ourselves and our patient experience together as a team. We emphasize and aim to create a positive environment for both our employees and patients.
We have an open-door policy. No evening hours and weekends.
Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

Greet patients
Check-in and check-out patient
Know how to schedule accordingly
Verify and update patient information
Knowledge of insurance codes
Verify patient insurance eligibility
Schedule recall appointments for patients
Confirm upcoming appointments
Answer phone calls
Maintain a clean and tidy waiting area and front desk area
Be an overall team player.
Other task that is assigned

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: 1+years in dental office setting (Preferred)
Computer skills: computer literate
Language: Spanish (Required)
