Our newly remodeled dental office has expanded, and seeking a seasoned, reliable dentist that is willing to provide general dentistry to our patients. well established private practice in central phoenix . our 11 operatory practice is fully digital and equipped with CBCT ,latest and greatest iTero Lumina, Fotona Laser, Cerec prime scan, PPO/FFS office. This is $3.0 million revenue practice and is currently seeing between 55-60 new patients.  office hours are Mon 7:00-4:00pm , Tue, Wed, Thurs 8:00-6:00 pm and Friday 7:00-1:00pm. 

We offer all advanced Procedures including All On X Implants, Perio surgery and Oral Surgery.  CEREC same day.  Navident / x-Nav live navigation for guided implants ( without a physical guide) . We peovide IV sedation for our anxious patient.

What type of associate dentist are we looking for :

Seasoned dentist that is able to for provide general dentistry and is kind hearted and driven. Dentist with a maleable persona, and not set on their own ways.  this is not an office for a transition doctor wanting to move between jobs. We will invest in our associate doctor with mentorship and CE training. Ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience. Be confident in general dentistry . Help our hygiene team with hygiene overflow. Someone who enjoys providing  general dentistry  and grow their skills as they grow with our office log term 

pay : $180,000 - $250,000+

Guarantee $1000/ daily ( one year commitment) 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to provide comprehensive general dentistry, and assist with hygiene overflow. provicde Root canal procedure( we can train you on molar root canal ) ; diagnose Ortho/ Invisalign. Dr. B, is our owner doc and part of implant pathway mentoring program, and is able to help excell your clinical and surgical skills. But we are looking for a doctor to help with our general dentistry. 

We offer 401K benefit,  provide Medical benefits , Pay for CE courses and tons of mentorship. ( We don't hold your hand and we are not a training institute but we certainly spend a lot of one on one with you as we value your contribution to our patients)
