On behalf of our top-notch team of dental professionals, we're looking for a reliable, professional and personable individual to provide dental assistant support in the back and possibly some administrative support in the front office. The right candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including greeting and seating patients, maintaining treatment records, organizing the office, and other miscellaneous tasks. The ideal candidate will also have a keen attention to detail, be able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a friendly team environment.
Responsibilities:

Greet patients and other visitors in a friendly manner.
Answer questions related to the practice and schedule appointments.
Process payments for services.
Check in patients for appointments.
Take X-rays.
Enter patient information into the computer system.
Prepare work areas for the dentist or hygienist.
Keep the waiting room neat, organized, and clean.
