We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our friendly team. This is a part-time position with full-time potential, ideal for someone who values patient relationships, teamwork, and a calm, supportive work environment
Position Details:

Schedule: Monday – Thursday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No evenings or weekends!)
Location: Lansdowne, VA
Start Date: Flexible, starting as soon as possible
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Our Ideal Candidate:

Holds a current RDH license in VA and is in good standing
Has a warm, professional chairside manner
Enjoys educating patients and building lasting relationships with patients of all ages.
Is comfortable using digital charting and modern hygiene protocols
Works well in a collaborative team and communicates clearly

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
