Desert Foothills Dental is looking for a General Dentist Extraordinaire to join our vibrant, growing team in the Ahwatukee Foothills! We’re mainly an OON practice and participate only with DD Premiere.

Top Earning Potential: Our current and past dentists have made $15k–$40k+ per month (in addition to a FT benefits package). Compensation includes a daily guarantee plus 30%+ of collections or adjusted production based on experience and skill.

A Typical Day

Arrive at 7:20 am for a team huddle to celebrate wins and prepare for the day.
Perform a molar root canal and scan for a crown.
Place two implants freehand for an overdenture.
Address an emergency patient with a surgical extraction.
Extract 22 teeth under local anesthesia and deliver an immediate denture.
Personally greet every new patient and spend several minutes getting to know them.
Start a clear aligner case.
Make “care calls” to patients you treated the day before.
Spend lunch with your assistants for training and feedback.
Close the day with a team meeting to ensure everything is complete and to review expectations.
After work, attend a monthly meeting for continuing education, fellowship, and growth.
