Dental Assistant - Little Red Pediatric Dentistry - Holland, MI

Little Red Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a Dental Assistant who is a friendly, caring, and dependable individual with great communication skills. A history of working in pediatric dentistry is preferred but we are willing to train if the personality is right! We are looking for someone with a positive outlook, knowledge of infection control, integrity and a willingness to learn.
The main role of our Dental Assistants is to assist the doctor during dental procedures yet we place just as much emphasis on showing our patients and their families what world class customer service looks like. Our goal is that you make them feel welcomed, important, cared for and heard!
Dental Assistant responsibilities may include any of the following:
-Seating patients and informing their family of the plans for the day
-Keeping operatories stocked and clean
-Sterilizing instruments, making procedure trays
-Keep schedule running on time
-Charting procedures performed with accuracy
-Following standard OSHA guidelines

Qualifications
- Must be fluent in spanish and english- Chairside assisting experience- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures- Proficiency in using 3D scanners and X-Ray machines- Ability to provide excellent customer service- Understanding of aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
