Whitewing Dental is a Dental office in McAllen Texas. We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team.
## Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help provide quality patient care.
## Duties
- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
- Maintain accurate patient records
## Qualifications
-Bilingual
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with Dentrix
- Familiarity with general dentistry, endodontics, pediatrics, and medical coding
- X-Ray certification is a plus
