• Phone Skills and Dental Scheduling experience
• Strong Multi-tasking skills in all aspects of operations and coordination of services.
• Organized and Responsible for Checking Eligibility and Insurance Benefits
• Professional and Customer Service oriented
• Computer skills
• Knowledge of dental billing a Plus
• Treatment planning skills a preferred
• Practice Operations 
• Familiar with Treatment Financing
