DutiesAs a Dental Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the dentist during various procedures, including examinations and treatments.
Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques.
Managing patient records and medical documentation accurately.
Taking medical imaging as required, including X-rays.
Monitoring vital signs of patients before, during, and after procedures.
Providing support in pediatric dentistry, ensuring a comfortable experience for young patients.
Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries at the front desk as needed.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the dental practice.

ExperienceCandidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix or similar systems is preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dentistry is essential.
Experience in endodontics or pediatric dentistry is a plus but not mandatory.
Knowledge of aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile work environment is required.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in medical documentation will be advantageous.
