As a dental receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and our patients feel cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting Patients: Welcoming patients with a friendly and professional demeanor when they arrive at the office.
Scheduling Appointments: Managing patient appointments, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling.
Answering Phones: Responding to phone calls and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collecting Payments: Processing payments for services rendered.
Filing Insurance Claims: Completing and tracking insurance forms and dental billing records.
Managing Patient Records: Updating patient information and maintaining organized paperwork.
Maintaining Office Inventory: Ensuring the office is stocked with essential supplies.
Assisting Patients: Helping patients complete required forms.
Helping in Treatment Rooms: Assisting the dentist in treatment areas and other tasks as needed.
Keeping Office Clean: Supporting other staff in keeping the office clean and tidy.
Punctuality: Being on time is a must, and providing adequate notice for time off or vacations.
