Growing dental practice looking for a friendly and enthusiastic front desk receptionist. The candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to multitask. Dental or medical office experience and English/Spanish bilingual are required.
The front desk receptionist must be able to provide administrative duties all while maintaining a friendly demeaner as they handle the processing of patients.
Duties include:Greeting and welcoming patientsAnswering phone callsScheduling and confirming appointmentsVerifying insurance benefitsPreparing insurance claimsInputting and maintaining accurate patient intake formsCollecting patient paymentsPosting insurance payments
Position is full time and the hours are from 8-5pm Monday-Friday. We are looking for a candidate to start the last week of May.
Summary
As a Dental Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential administrative support in a dental practice. Your core skills in patient service, dental/medical office experience, and clerical duties will ensure smooth operations at the front desk. You will utilize your bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish to assist diverse patients effectively. With premium knowledge of EHR systems and dental terminology, you will manage appointments, maintain medical records, and facilitate patient intake, contributing to a welcoming and organized environment for both staff and patients.
