Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of dental front desk experience (required)
Bilingual (English and Spanish) (required)
Proficient in Open Dental software (required)
Strong leadership abilities and team collaboration skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Solid understanding of dental terminology, insurance verification, treatment planning, and patient scheduling
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism
Verify insurance benefits and accurately enter patient information
Present treatment plans and financial options to patients
Handle patient scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Maintain a smooth patient flow and resolve any scheduling conflicts
Collect and post payments accurately
Support the clinical team to ensure a positive patient experience
Uphold Olive Dentistryâs standards of service, efficiency, and teamwork
