We are seeking a full-time dental hygienist to play a vital role in our thriving practice, where we prioritize preventive care alongside restorative and cosmetic dentistry. In our practice, we pride ourselves on fostering meaningful relationships with patients. We understand the vital link between oral health and overall systemic health, and we are committed to helping our patients maintain optimal oral hygiene to reduce the risk of serious health issues such as heart attacks and strokes. With a desirable location and a beautiful 4500 square foot facility set on 1.5 acres with stunning garden views, our office is designed to provide a relaxing and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
As a dental hygienist with us, you will typically see one patient at a time. Your schedule will consist of one-hour recall appointments and 90 minutes to two hours for Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) appointments, allowing you ample time to provide personalized, high-quality care. Our team is vibrant and energetic, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a positive workplace culture.
We provide essential personal protective equipment, including goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to ensure a safe environment for everyone. We value your work-life balance, offering a one-hour lunch break for three days a week, with straight-through shifts on one to two other days.
We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $58 to $75, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, paid time off (PTO), a 401K plan, and performance-based bonuses.
