Responsibilities:
 Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (e.g., cosmetic, restorative,
and general dentistry)
 Prepare and sterilize instruments, treatment rooms, and materials following practice
protocols
 Take and develop high-quality dental x-rays (both panoramic and intraoral)
 Provide exceptional chairside support, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency during
procedures
 Manage patient records, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment plans and
procedures
 Educate patients on postoperative care, oral hygiene, and the importance of preventive
dental care
 Collaborate with front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow and effective scheduling
 Maintain inventory and ensure proper stocking of clinical supplies
 Support the practice in delivering an exceptional, high-end patient experience at every
visit
Requirements:
 Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a fast-paced dental office
 Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA or EFDA) is preferred
 Proficiency in digital dentistry (experience with Denticon, Dentrix, or similar software is a
plus)
 Skilled in taking digital x-rays, impressions, and assisting with advanced cosmetic and
restorative procedures
 Strong understanding of infection control protocols and sterilization standards
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient care
 Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, high-performance environment
 A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence in dental care
 CPR certification (preferred)
