The position we are seeking to fill would be a 7:30-4:30 FT, PT, or Per Diem; M-F.

Duties
Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations on patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take and develop dental radiographs as needed.
Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records in accordance with clinic protocols.
Assist in the management of patient flow within the dental office to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor vital signs and assess patient health history prior to treatments.
Implement infection control measures and adhere to aseptic techniques during all procedures.
Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to provide comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Requirements
Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical coding systems is preferred.
Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and oral health practices.
Experience working in a dental clinic or office setting is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed by the clinic schedule.
