Job Description
Front Office - Dental Office, Salt Lake City. Mon-Thurs 7:30am-6:00pm, Fri 6am-1:30pm. Closed Sat. and Sun. Two days not treating patients per week with days varying per week. Still want a front office person 4 hours on days off (can vary days with other front office person).
Responsibilities
Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, collect payments, monthly billing statements, file insurance claims, verify insurance eligibility, and patient data entry. Receptionist will also be responsible for opening the office each morning.
Qualifications
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Individual needs to be self motivated, disciplined, on-time, trustworthy, dependable with good interpersonal skills to work with patients and insurance companies. Wise time management skills are a must. Willing to train a former Dental Assistant. Front office experience preferred. Experience with Dentrix preferred.
We are looking for a long-term employee. Training for this position takes 2-6 months to be fully trained. This is not a summer or temporary job.
Pay could be more per hour but would depend on experience.

Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour
