Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare to patients while ensuring a comfortable and efficient dental visit.
Responsibilities- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures- Set up and prepare treatment rooms- Take and develop dental X-rays- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures- Maintain accurate patient records- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols- Perform various office tasks as needed
Qualifications- Certification or Associate degree in Dental Assisting is a plus- Knowledge of Dentrix and 3D scanner technology is a plus- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical records management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Prior experience as a Dental Assistant is beneficial

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
