Smiley Dental is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk team member to be the first point of contact for our patients. As a key player in our practice, you’ll help create a positive experience for every patient, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for from start to finish. This role directly supports our commitment to excellent service and contributes to the growth and success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain clean, welcoming office spaces and ensure peak readiness.
Review daily patient schedules and identify opportunities to improve productivity.
Schedule appointments, make changes, and prepare necessary paperwork.
Greet patients professionally, take their temperature, and verify their information.
Process patient check-outs and provide clear information on costs and next steps.
Respond to calls and assist with general patient inquiries.
Verify insurance details and submit accurate claims.

Proficiency in computer use is essential.
Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience required.
Dental or healthcare experience is a plus!
