We are seeking an outgoing, dedicated and positive Lead Dental Assistant to join our dental team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals in delivering high-quality services. Above all, we have fun at work and have amazing patients!
We do most aspects of dentistry + orthodontics and occasional cosmetic cases.

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
Mon 9-5*
Tue 9-5
Wed 9-5
Thu 7-3
Fri 7-3*
* Alternates every week.
Responsibilities:
- Able to see 3-9 patients a day with exceptional care.
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using OpenDental software & EZ Denti xray software.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Manage infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the clinic.
Skills:
- Proficient at going over consent forms and post-op care instructions & follow-up calls.
- Experience in dental assisting with a focus on patient care.
- Detail oriented & organized.
- Knowledge of infection control standards in a dental clinic setting.
- Experience with cord packing, iTero 3D scanning technology, and proficient temporary crown/bridge fabrication.
- Traditional (bracket) orthodontics & Clear aligner adjustments is a plus, but can be trained.
- Bilingual is a plus.
