Mon 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tue 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wed 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thu 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Fri 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Education & Experience:

High school diploma
Dental Assisting education
Current license/certifications
X-ray Certification (Required)
Dental Assisting experience (Required)

Requirements & Contributions to the Team:

Prepare patients, sterilize/disinfect instruments, set up instrument trays, and prepare materials.
Assist the dentist chairside during procedures.
Take dental diagnostic X-rays.
Record treatment information in patient records.
Take and record medical and dental histories and vital signs.
Provide post-operative instructions prescribed by the dentist.
Assist in the management of medical or dental emergencies.
Pour, trim, and polish study casts.
Instruct patients in oral hygiene and plaque control techniques.
Take preliminary impressions for study casts and occlusal registrations.
Clean and polish removable appliances.
Apply fluoride treatments and protective coatings.
Fabricate temporary restorations or custom impressions from preliminary impressions.
Perform other dental assistant-related duties as needed.
