Dental Assistant – Endodontics (Full-Time) Founders Endodontics | Fredericksburg, VA Founders Endodontics is a brand-new, state-of-the-art specialty practice opening in February , and we’re building the founding team that will help make us the endodontic office in Fredericksburg. As a startup, you will have the opportunity to help shape our culture, systems, and patient experience from day one. We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant with at least one year of experience who takes pride in their craft, values teamwork, and wants to grow their career with a practice committed to excellence. Position Details Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM No evenings. No weekends. Expected hours: 32-40 hours per week Start date: February 2026 Pay: $23–$27 per hour (negotiable based on experience and qualifications) Benefits: PTO and paid holidays, wellness stipend, employee discount - we will also be adding health insurance and 401k benefits in the future Qualifications Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience Radiology certification required Endodontic experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment Responsibilities Assist chairside with the endodontist during procedures Prepare, turn over, and maintain operatories Uphold strict infection control and sterilization protocols Take and document radiographs and patient information accurately Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients Help keep the day running smoothly by pitching in wherever needed As part of a small, agile team , cross-train in multiple areas of the office and contribute wherever needed to support patient care and practice flow Why Founders Endodontics?
