What You’ll Do:

Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures, including surgery
Set up, clean, and sterilize operatories
Engage with patients to make them feel safe, informed, and cared for
Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and warmth—no gossip, just growth
Participate in a team environment that values feedback, positivity, and fun

What We’re Looking For:

A dependable, organized person who can stay calm under pressure
Someone who is emotionally aware, solution-oriented, and team-minded
No dental experience required—but comfort around blood/surgical procedures is a must
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Schedule & Opportunity:

Current schedule is Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in Spencer
May grow to 5 days/week with additional shifts available in Lyons
