We are currently seeking a RDH who is not only clinically skilled but also adaptable and patient-focused, with a flexible approach to individual patient needs and comfort levels. We are a dental practice dedicated to providing top-quality care in a friendly and professional environment.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and overall dental health
Take digital X-rays and conduct periodontal assessments
Assist the dentist in identifying and diagnosing oral conditions
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety and sterilization protocols
Recommend and explain treatment plans to patients
Adjust pace and approach depending on each patient’s comfort level, needs, and concerns
Able to adapt schedule changes to prioritize patient care and comfort

Qualifications:

Valid TX Dental Hygienist license
CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
