Dental Front Office Job in Humble, TX 77338 - Humble Smiles - Humble, TX

We are looking for a highly motivated dental front office person with very good Dentrix software knowledge. It is a full time position.
Requirements:

Must have very good Dentrix software knowledge.
Strong communication skills
Good computer skills

Major duties are:

Recalls/Answering phone (Answer/Call with a friendly tone with appropriate greeting, transfer calls, take messages, and follow up with appropriate action).
Scheduling Patients
Check in and Check out patients, Collections, Verify Insurance and Co- payments
Greet guests and determine nature of visit to facility and process appropriately.
Present treatment plan to the patients
Post daily patient procedure transactions, process insurance verifications and submit insurance claims (Receive and process payments).
Helping and coordinating with assistants.
Track patients wait time
Track Phone Calls

Current working hours are

Monday – Wednesday (8 AM – 5 PM) and 7 AM – 2 PM on Thursday
Working hours might change in the future
