Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.- Assist in diagnosis and treatment planning by gathering dental histories and performing necessary assessments.- Administer local anesthesia as required and provide support during dental procedures.- Maintain accurate dental records, including digital xrays, intra-oral photos and treatment notes, using Open Dental software.- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols while keeping our modern office sparkling clean and safe.- Collaborate with our dynamic dental team to enhance patient experiences and streamline office operations.
Experience
- Knowledge of current techniques in dental hygiene treatment such as Arestin, Perio Protect, Diode Laser, and Guided Biofilm Therapy, is a plus !- Proficient in infection control standards within a dental office setting.- Familiarity with general dentistry procedures is highly desirable.- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with patients about their care.- We are willing to train and promote further education for the right candidate!
