Summary

We are looking for a skilled Dental Assistant to assist during dental procedures, maintain a clean and organized office, and provide exceptional patient care.  The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about dentistry. 

Responsibilities

• Assist during exams, cleanings, and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all equipment is ready for use.
• Take dental X-rays and Scans as directed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Manage inventory of dental supplies and reorder as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program or equivalent experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency in taking dental X-rays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience with dental software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
