RDA needed in our Irvine, CA dental office

First Smile Pediatric Dentistry is expanding! We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic RDA or DA to join our team in Irvine. What We’re Looking For:

• RDA license preferred (or DA actively working toward RDA)

• Previous dental experience required; pediatric experience is a plus

• Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly personality

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Most importantly: a love for working with children!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort

• Set up and sterilize instruments and materials

• Assist the dentist using 4-handed dentistry techniques

• Take dental x-rays

• Perform cleanings, oral hygiene instruction, and post-op care

• Maintain a clean, well-stocked treatment area
