OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health and comfort during visits. Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take medical imaging, including X-rays, to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate medical records and document patient treatments using Dentrix.
Apply aseptic techniques to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
Monitor vital signs as necessary during patient visits.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and dental procedures.
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and familiarity with Dentrix software is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
