Dental Hygienist needed for private office in West LA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist with at least 3 years of clinical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, gentle, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative office culture. We will train on aspects of holistic dentistry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and deep cleanings (prophylaxis, SRP) with precision and care

• Take and review digital X-rays as needed

• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care

• Assist in developing individualized hygiene treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

• Ensure a clean and sterile clinical environment

• Support the dentist in identifying oral health conditions

• Uphold all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

• Active California RDH license
