Your Daily Adventures Include:

Creating Welcome Moments - Greet patients with genuine warmth and make their day brighter
Orchestrating Smooth Operations - Master appointment scheduling with Eaglesoft (we'll train you!)
Being the Voice of Excellence - Handle calls with confidence and provide helpful information
Managing Behind-the-Scenes Magic - Keep patient records organized and compliant
Handling Financial Interactions - Process payments and resolve billing questions with ease
Supporting Quality Care - Assist with medical coding and administrative tasks
Elevating Patient Satisfaction - Collaborate with our dental team to exceed expectations

The Ideal Team Member

Must-Haves:

Bonus Points For:

Previous dental or medical reception experience
Dental coding knowledge
Eaglesoft or similar EHR system familiarity
Office management experience
