About Us: We are a small and efficient office, usually operating with two assistants, two hygienists, one doctor and one front desk/office manager. Our office is modern with state of the art technology - digital scanners, digital xrays, two zirconia crown mills, a 3D printer and more (We can absolutely train you if you haven't had experience with these aspects of dentistry before). The team takes a lot of time off with pay throughout the year, offering you the chance to take a breath and come back to work refreshed! We find this helps prevent burnout while achieving maximum efficiency on days we are in the office. Each of our team members play a critical role in serving our patients the best quality dental care. Our team is full of life, highly motivated and eager to get the job done right the first time. We are looking for a self-starter who optimize their time and priorities, pays special attention to the important details, communicates effectively, and has an excellent attitude. We are a small group, so teamwork is imperative! Together we work hard to ensure that our practice provides our patients with a superior dental experience all while making the practice a profitable, fun and rewarding place for team members to spend their work day. Job Details: Our team members work M-Th, 7:30-5:30 and take multiple weeks off throughout the year. The current position open is full time. Benefits are available after a 3 month trial period.
