Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual with a passion for providing excellent service? We’re looking for a dynamic Front Desk Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Greater Cincinnati Endodontics, a premier endodontic practice.
Position: Front Desk CoordinatorLocation: 4050 Cottingham Dr Sharonville OH 45241Schedule: Full time (38 hours)
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Verify insurance and process patient billing inquiries
Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate communication between patients and dental offices
Ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient from arrival to departure

Ideal Candidate:

Previous front desk or medical office experience is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of insurance verification
Positive, professional demeanor with a focus on patient care
Eagerness to work as part of a supportive and collaborative team
