Dental Assistant - Summit Dental Delaware - Ocean View, DE

Summit Dental in Middletown is hiring a full time dental assistant to join our family oriented practice. The position requires attention to detail and excellent customer service to provide a positive experience for our patients. Our office is currently open Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm. The hours for this position are 8:45am - 5:15pm. Successful candidates are reliable, self-motivated, inquisitive and personable. Come join our friendly and fun team!

Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service, both on the phone and in person
- Chairside assisting using four-handed dentistry
- Processing and sterilization of dental instruments
- Taking digital x rays, panorex and 3d cone beam images
- 3D digital scanning with iTero
- Maintaining inventory of supplies, processing and organizing inbound packages
- Minor office maintenance of sterilization equipment and dental unit waterlines
- Maintaining a welcoming attitude and demeanor for all patients
Qualifications:
- Experience as a chairside assistant
- Current Delaware radiology certification
- Experience with a dental software, Eaglesoft experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Experience multitasking
