Arrowhead Dental Laboratory is a leading provider of cosmetic dentistry and continuing education in the dental field. As an ACCOUNT REP, your dental experience will help you build relationships with an already established group of talented dentists and staff as you support their efforts with their day-to-day restorative cases and help care for their patients' needs. Responsibilities
You will interact with dentists and staff over the phone and in person handling issues and questions related to their restorative cases and other laboratory needs. You will form strong relationships with key accounts and assist them with providing quality care and restorative dentistry to their patients.
Qualifications
A working knowledge of dental terminology and basic restorative concepts (shades, contacts, occlusion, margins, etc.) and an ability to read and understand doctor prescriptions is required. A minimum of two years chairside, dental office, or dental laboratory experience with proficient computer and typing skills required. You must have an outgoing personality and feel comfortable interacting with dentists and staff. Previous customer service experience helpful.
