This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys both front-desk hospitality and guiding patients through their treatment plans with care and clarity.
You'll be the first point of contact for our patients — in person and over the phone — and a key player in helping them understand their dental care and financial options. - Answer phones, manage the schedule, and confirm appointments
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and intake paperwork
- Maintain a clean and organized front office
Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Review insurance coverage and explain out-of-pocket costs
- Coordinate financing options (CareCredit, Sunbit, etc.)
- Follow up with patients to ensure case acceptance and scheduling
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in a dental front office or treatment coordination (preferred)
- Familiarity with dental insurance (PPO, Denti-Cal) and patient financing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and dependable
- Knowledge of OpenDental is required
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- Supportive, team-oriented culture
- Opportunity to grow as we expand
- Training provided for the right person
- Bonus potential based on case acceptance
- Patient-first values with a modern approach
