This position plays a vital role in supporting our patients and practice through clear communication, financial practicality, and accurate coordination of benefits.
Primary Responsibilities:

Verify and identify dental insurance benefits and coverage
Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and timely
Handle patient billing, payment arrangements, and account follow-ups
Ensure each patient receives professional, compassionate, and efficient service

2 years background in dentistry with front office experience
