Our modern and busy practice on the upper east side is seeking a qualified and caring full time Dental Receptionist to join our team! As a Dental Receptionist, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing unparalleled dental care to our patients of all ages.
Our ideal candidate will

Dental receptionist duties include:

scheduling appointments
warmly welcoming patients to the practice
checking in patients and updating patient demographics
updating and verifying dental insurance information
assisting our patients by answering their inquiries via phone, text message, and email
calculating and collecting copayments
some treatment planning and case presentation
following up with patients after dental treatment

Qualifications

1+ year of dental receptionist experience
Candidates with Open dental experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
