Dental Assistant - Boutique Office

We are seeking a hardworking, dedicated, and motivated individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant here at Arizona Smiles. We are located right across from Santan Mall in prime location. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, and we are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of their responsibilities and help lead our assistant department.

Monday/Thursday - 8am to 5pm
Alternating Fridays - 8am to 2pm

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms for patients, including sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary materials
• Assist Doctor with routine procedures (Fillings, Cerec crowns/Bridges, Extractions/Imlants, Root Canals)
• Maintain patient records accurately and in compliance with privacy regulations, including Xrays
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Provide exceptional patient experience
• Help build systems for out back office team

Qualifications:

• Assisting Certificate
• Previous dental assistant experience preferred, fast learners welcome to apply
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage back office team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
• Experience in Cerec and Implants is a plus, but willing to train fast learners
