Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Part-Time | $17–$22/hr | Garland, TX

We’re a new, privately owned dental practice seeking a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to help us provide exceptional care to our patients. What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience

• A warm, outgoing personality and genuine passion for patient care

• A quick learner who's excited to grow and expand their skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality chairside assistance to the dentist

• Educate and motivate patients about oral health and treatment plans

• Maintain a clean, sterile, and well-organized clinical area

• Support clinical and administrative team as needed

• Contribute to an upbeat and professional office culture

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly pay: $17.00 – $22.00/hour
