The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a customer service role while also bringing creativity and confidence in promoting our practice to local businesses, physicians, and referring offices. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and coordinating referrals—while also building and nurturing external relationships to drive growth. Strong communication skills, a warm personality, and basic marketing experience are essential. Dental office experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must.
