Privately owned and operated general dentistry office is seeking a skilled and motivated Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our team just 30 minutes outside of San Antonio, TX.

Dr. Brandon Pack, a UT Houston alum and proud Air Force veteran, has been serving the San Antonio metro community for over 20 years. He is now looking for a passionate and driven partner to join his thriving fee-for-service private practice. Compensation & Benefits:

Per diem available during ramp-up period

• Percentage of collections (our team averages a 100% collection rate!) • Unlimited earning potential – associates earn over $180K/year working just 3 days a week

Annual CE allowance
Equity opportunity – potential for junior partnership without a buy-in Schedule:
3 days/week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No nights or weekends
Opportunity to add additional days as desired

Qualifications:

DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
Active (or pending) Texas dental license in good standing
Ability to pass an extensive background check
Compliant with state-required insurance coverage

• Prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience in General Dentistry • Advanced training in Implants, Endo, Ortho, or Oral Surgery is a plus
