Responsibilities of Registered Dental Hygienist include (but are not limited to)
· Educating patients regarding oral health condition (good news or not)
· Charting of existing conditions and proposed treatment
· Taking digital radiographs
· Periodontal charting
· Placing sealants
· Fluoride application
· Soft tissue management
· Routine prophylaxis, SRP, FMD
· Keeping great chart notes
· Experience with Eaglesoft
· Knowledgeable of ADA codes, OSHA, and HIPAA requirements
Job Type:
Part-Time 32-37 hrs
Experience:
· Dental hygiene: 2 years (Required)
RDH License Required:
· Yes, from a accredited Dental Hygiene program and NC state license.
Additional Certifications Required:
· Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
